Environmental Conservation Commission

Advises the Village Board on matters affecting the preservation, improvement, development, and the use of and threats to the natural and man-made features and conditions of the Village  insofar as beauty, quality, biological integrity, and other environmental factors are concerned so as to enhance the long range value of the environment to the people of the Village.

The Commission's specific duties can be found in chapter 27 of the Village Code.  This volunteer group of citizens meets monthly at Village Hall on the second Wednesday of the month at 7PM.
